Apostle Ruby Ross was born on August 8, 1967, to Mr. Preston and Evangelist Clara Bostic. She was predestined by God and fully created for His purpose. Just as God spoke to Jeremiah, He declared the exact words for Apostle Ruby Ruth Ross. “Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb, I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations” (Jeremiah 1:5). With a spiritual mandate upon her life, she gave her life to God on June 1, 1990, at McCormick Chapel AME Church. Her Pastor was Rev. A.R. Jenkins. Apostle Ruby Ruth later moved her membership to True Believers Church of the Almighty in Lumberton, NC, under the tutelage of Apostle Dr. Ellie Baker. It is here that she received her training and Apostolic Anointing Awareness. Recognizing the call to ministry upon her life in 1993, she rightfully gave up the fight, surrendered, and preached her initial sermon on August 8, 1999. Prophetess Ross has remained a faithful servant for over 20 years.
In December 2011, Apostle Ruby Ross received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication Broadcasting from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in Pembroke, North Carolina, and, in 2015, she received her Master of Divinity Degree from Apex School of Theology in Raleigh, NC. Her inquisitive nature has led her into a deep study of the Word of God and opened the door to activate one of the most dynamic teaching ministries around. Her teaching ministry is full of energy and spontaneity.
Apostle Ross is the founder of the Prophets of Excellence School, which was founded in 2009. She launched her radio ministry, “Prophetess Ruby Ruth Broadcast", in 2011. Her radio ministry is blessed to be dispatched around the world every Saturday at 1:30 p.m. EST at www.wagr1340am.com. Prophetess Ruby Ruth has also been broadcast on Christian television. Through this avenue, she has preached to multitudes nationwide. Her message is sprinkled generously with humor, allowing God to use her radiant personality to share the joy of His Word. Her ministry has transformed many lives. Apostle Ruby Ruth is passionate, full of integrity, and possesses spiritual wisdom. While her message can be captivating (you never know what’s coming next), it rings true for Christians living in today's world. She lives by the scripture Zechariah 4:6, “It’s not by might, it’s not power, but by God’s spirit", God’s anointing, for it truly makes all the difference.
Apostle Ruby submitted to the call of Pastor and opened the doors to EDEN International Ministries, on April 5, 2015. With the same passion and fire, Apostle Ruby Ruth preaches with the Dunamis Power of the Holy Spirit. Her mission is to bring healing and restoration to the Body of Christ by preaching the love of God with power and truth; to be a “repairer of the breach” (Isaiah 58:12); to help the believer establish or reestablish a close relationship with our Father; and to bring them into a place of acceptance through the “Spirit of Reconciliation.” Her mandate is to speak into the lives of people in order to bring them into a place of healing, prosperity, deliverance, and wholeness.
In November 2019, Apostle Ruby Ruth became a member of the United Nations Chaplains Association and serves in the capacity of Regional Executive Director of North Carolina.
On December 7, 2019, the Lord Consecrated and Affirmed Apostle Ruby Ross as His Apostle. Dr. Apostle Ellie M. Baker was the Presiding Officiate.
on April 15, 2022, Apostle Ruby Ruth married the love of her life, Elder Michael L. Ross. Together they are fortifying their divinely appointed gates while developing disciples and turning hearts to God.
